Questions people ask first
How do I put my car on the map?
- Install the TESLA HEADS app on your phone and finish its setup at the car.
- Sign in on teslaheads.com with Google and go to Settings › Add a vehicle.
- Scan the QR it shows in the app under Settings › teslaheads.com, or type the code.
Who sees my car?
On your car's page, Settings › Who sees it: Everyone or Hidden. A new car starts hidden. While it is hidden, only you and the friends you let see it on the map see it. Only you see whether it is locked and which doors are open.
How do I remove my car?
In the app, Settings › Remove this car, or on the website the car's Settings tab, Remove this car. All of the car's data on the server is deleted.
How do I delete my account?
On the website, Settings › Delete account. Step by step: teslaheads.com/delete-account.
How do I report a member or a car?
Tap Report on the member's or the car's page, or write to us. You can block a member from their page: they cannot find you or send you requests.
