TESLA HEADS, Tesla sahiplerinin araçlarını telefonlarından kullanmaları ve isterlerse topluluk haritasında paylaşmaları için bir uygulama ve web sitesidir. Verilerinden sorumlu olan: Qbitwise Inc. Telefonunda kalanlar
- Aracının şasi numarası (VIN), Bluetooth adresi ve uygulamanın araca kaydettiği dijital anahtar yalnızca telefonunda durur; sunucularımıza gönderilmez. Anahtar telefonun güvenli donanımında saklanır.
- Konum izni: Android, Bluetooth ile aracı bulmak için bu izni ister. Uygulama telefonunun konumunu okumaz; yolculuklarda kullanılan konum aracın kendi GPS'inden gelir.
- Kamera: yalnızca sen kullandığında, şasi numarasını okumak ve aracının fotoğraf ya da videosunu çekmek için.
Topluluk sunucusuna gidenler
Aracını topluluk sunucusuna bağladığında araç, rastgele üretilmiş bir kimlikle (VIN değil) tanınır. Sunucuya şunlar gider:
- Aracın adı, modeli, rengi, yılı ve yazdığın açıklama.
- Aracın konumu, yönü, hızı ve vitesi: sürerken ve park ettiğinde; şarj seviyesi ve durumu.
- Yolculuk kayıtları: sürüş boyunca iki saniyede bir konum, hız ve güç.
- Kendi çektiğin fotoğraf ve videolar.
Aracının haritada kime görüneceğini sen seçersin: herkese ya da yalnızca konumunu verdiğin arkadaşlarına. Kilitler, kapılar ve klima gibi ayrıntıları yalnızca sen görürsün.
Puan bölgeleri: aracın, sitenin haritasında işaretli bir bölgeden geçince puan kazanır; bunu sunucu, aracın gönderdiği konumlardan çıkarır. Herkese açık araçlar sıralamada (Hall of Fame) puanları, adları ve sahiplerinin kullanıcı adıyla görünür; gizli bir aracın puanını yalnızca sen görürsün. Hangi bölgeden ne zaman puan alındığı kimseye gösterilmez.
Hesap (isteğe bağlı)
Sitede Google ya da Apple ile giriş yaparsan: sağlayıcının senin için verdiği kimlik numarası, e-posta adresin (sağlayıcı verirse), adın ve profil fotoğrafının bağlantısı; seçtiğin kullanıcı adı; arkadaşlıkların, istekler, engellediklerin ve bildirim tercihlerin saklanır. Arkadaşların birbirine yaklaştığında haber vermek için arkadaş araçlarının son konumları karşılaştırılır.
Tesla hesabı bağlantısı (isteğe bağlı)
Aracın telefonun yakında değilken de durumunu göstermek için Tesla hesabını bağlayabilirsin. Bu durumda Tesla'nın verdiği erişim anahtarları ve aracının şasi numarası ayrı bir sunucuda şifreli tutulur. Aracın Tesla üzerinden şunları gönderir: konum, kapı, kilit ve cam durumu, şarj, lastik basınçları, sıcaklıklar, Nöbetçi modu ve vites. İstediğinde klimayı açmak ya da aracı kilitlemek gibi komutlar Tesla üzerinden gönderilir. Aracın her alanının son değeri bağlantı sürdükçe, ayrıntılı sinyal geçmişi 30 gün (konum hariç: aracın konumunun yalnız son değeri tutulur), bağlantı ve uyarı kayıtları 90 gün tutulur.
Bildirimler
Bildirimler Google Firebase Cloud Messaging ile gönderilir; bunun için telefonunun bildirim jetonu saklanır.
Dashcam kutusu beta listesi (isteğe bağlı)
Ana sayfadaki beta formunu doldurursan e-posta adresin, aracının modeli, ülken, seçtiğin dil ve kayıt tarihi saklanır; IP adresin saklanmaz. Bunları yalnızca kutu hazır olduğunda sana yazmak için kullanırız. İstediğinde ya da beta bittiğinde sileriz; silinmesini istemek için teslaheads@qbitwise.com adresine yaz.
Kimlerle paylaşılır
- Google ve Apple: yalnızca giriş için; Google ayrıca bildirimleri iletir.
- Tesla: yalnızca Tesla hesabını bağladıysan, araç verisi ve komutlar için.
Reklam yoktur, analiz ya da izleme aracı kullanılmaz, veri satılmaz. Harita kendi sunucumuzdan, OpenStreetMap verisiyle gelir.
Ne kadar süre tutulur
- Yolculuklar: her hesabın en yeni 100 yolculuğu; daha eskileri silinir.
- Hiç veri göndermemiş ve bir hesaba bağlanmamış araç kaydı: 24 saat.
- Fotoğraf ve videolar: sen silene kadar.
- Tesla sinyalleri: 30 gün, konum hariç (yalnız son değeri); bağlantı ve uyarı kayıtları: 90 gün.
- Puan kayıtları (hangi araç hangi bölgeden ne zaman puan aldı): 40 gün; toplam puanlar araç silinene kadar.
- Hesap ve araçlar: sen silene kadar.
- Beta listesi: beta bitene ya da sen silinmesini isteyene kadar.
Silme
- Aracı kaldırmak (uygulamada Ayarlar › Aracı kaldır, ya da sitede aracın Ayarlar sekmesi) aracın sunucudaki bütün verisini ve Tesla bağlantısını siler.
- Hesabını silmek (sitede Ayarlar › Hesabı sil; uygulamada Ayarlar › Hesabı sil) hesabını ve ona bağlı her aracı hemen ve kalıcı olarak siler. Ayrıntılar: teslaheads.com/delete-account.
Hakların
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme hakkın vardır. Bunun için teslaheads@qbitwise.com adresine yaz.
Güvenlik
Bütün bağlantılar şifrelidir (HTTPS). Şasi numarası ve Tesla erişim anahtarları şifreli saklanır ve topluluk sunucusunda hiç bulunmaz.
Çocuklar
Hizmet çocuklara yönelik değildir.

Privacy policy

Who
TESLA HEADS is an app and a website for Tesla owners to use their cars from their phones and, if they choose, share them on a community map. Responsible for your data: Qbitwise Inc. For any question or request about privacy: teslaheads@qbitwise.com. TESLA HEADS is an independent app: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.
What stays on your phone
- Your car's VIN, its Bluetooth address and the digital key the app enrols on the car stay on your phone and are never sent to our servers. The key is kept in the phone's secure hardware.
- Location permission: Android asks for it to find the car over Bluetooth. The app does not read your phone's location; the positions in drives come from the car's own GPS.
- Camera: only when you use it, to read the VIN and to take photos or videos of your car.
What goes to the community server
When you connect your car to the community server, it is known by a randomly generated id (not the VIN). The server receives:
- The car's name, model, colour, year and the description you write.
- The car's position, heading, speed and gear, while driving and when parked; its charge level and state.
- Drive recordings: position, speed and power every two seconds during a drive.
- The photos and videos you take.
You choose who sees your car on the map: everyone, or only the friends you give your position to. Details such as locks, doors and climate are shown to you alone.
Points zones: your car earns points when it drives through a zone marked on the website's map; the server works this out from the positions the car sends. Public cars appear on the ranking (Hall of Fame) with their points, their name and their owner's username; a hidden car's points are shown to you alone. Which zone a car scored in, and when, is shown to nobody.
Account (optional)
If you sign in on the website with Google or Apple, we keep the id the provider gives you, your e-mail address (if the provider gives it), your name and a link to your profile picture; the handle you choose; your friendships, requests, blocks and notification preferences. To tell friends when they are near each other, the last positions of their cars are compared.
Tesla account link (optional)
You may link your Tesla account so the app can show your car's state when the phone is not near it. Tesla's access tokens and your car's VIN are then kept encrypted on a separate server. Through Tesla the car sends: position, door, lock and window states, charging, tyre pressures, temperatures, Sentry Mode and gear. Commands you ask for, such as turning on the climate or locking the car, are sent through Tesla. The latest value of each field is kept while the link lasts, the detailed signal history for 30 days (except position: only the car's latest position is kept), and connection and alert records for 90 days.
Notifications
Notifications are sent with Google Firebase Cloud Messaging; your phone's notification token is stored for that.
Dashcam box beta list (optional)
If you fill in the beta form on the home page, we keep your e-mail address, your car's model, your country, the language you chose and the date you signed up; not your IP address. We use them only to write to you when a box is ready. We delete them when you ask, or when the beta ends; to ask, write to teslaheads@qbitwise.com.
Who it is shared with
- Google and Apple: for sign-in only; Google also delivers notifications.
- Tesla: only if you linked your Tesla account, for the car's data and commands.
There are no ads, no analytics or tracking tools, and no data is sold. The map comes from our own server, with OpenStreetMap data.
How long it is kept
- Drives: the newest 100 drives of each account; older ones are deleted.
- A car record that never sent anything and is not attached to an account: 24 hours.
- Photos and videos: until you delete them.
- Tesla signals: 30 days, except position (its latest value only); connection and alert records: 90 days.
- Points records (which car scored in which zone, and when): 40 days; the totals until the car is deleted.
- Accounts and cars: until you delete them.
- The beta list: until the beta ends, or until you ask us to delete your entry.
Deleting
- Removing a car (in the app Settings › Remove this car, or on the website the car's Settings tab) deletes all of its data on the server and its Tesla link.
- Deleting your account (on the website Settings › Delete account; in the app Settings › Delete account) deletes your account and every car attached to it at once and for good. Details: teslaheads.com/delete-account.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK you may ask to see your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to teslaheads@qbitwise.com.
Security
Every connection is encrypted (HTTPS). The VIN and the Tesla access tokens are stored encrypted and are never on the community server.
Children
The service is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
